ReachHeart

Spend less time troubleshooting Mom or Dad's TV over the phone.

A small box at their TV lets you help with common TV problems from your phone. They keep using the remote they already know.

An adult child with a phone, a parent watching TV in the living room, and a small box near the TV.

When they say, “The TV isn't working.”

ReachHeart is designed for common, repeatable TV problems—not every possible TV issue.

How ReachHeart works

  1. Set up the small box near their TV
  2. They keep using the remote they already know
  3. When they get stuck, you help from your phone

Why ReachHeart

Will ReachHeart work in their home?

FAQ

Can I see what is on their TV?
No. ReachHeart does not show live TV in the app. For many problems, a quick phone check helps you confirm whether the TV changed.
Will they need a new remote?
No. They keep using the remote they already know.
Do I need to visit?
Best first setup: plan one visit to their TV. Remote setup can work when someone at the TV can help with a few simple checks.
What can't ReachHeart fix?
ReachHeart isn't designed for app passwords or sign-ins, loose cables, picture-quality problems, or every deep TV menu. Some problems will still need someone at the TV.
